Welcome to Coffee Orders Co.
Hi, I’m Cosette! Since I was a little I have always loved putting my thoughts to pen & paper. This escalated in to a healthy obsession with journaling. Since my early teen years to present day, journaling has become my most consistent, beloved, & regular practice.
Coffee Orders Co. was born in 2023 with the purpose to become my digital diary. In 2026, I kicked my personal social media platforms to the curb. I am advocating through this lifestyle blog the power in owning your own platform, saying no to mainstream social media addictions, slow scrolling, & intentional content creation.
So if you are looking to slow down and to slow scroll without the addiction, I invite you to check out the variety of my entries that cover Christian theology, specialty coffee, travel, & everyday living.
This blog is about as diverse in topics as I am in interests. enjoy. xx

Hi friends, Cosette here! It is now Summer 2026!!
As I am writing this to you, I am sitting in my cozy bunkhouse in the center of the Isle of Lismore, Scotland. Looking out the window I can see rolling green pastures with sheep grazing with the highest peak in the Scottish Highlands (Ben Nevis) in the background. I am on a 3.5 week pilgrimage with the Lord. Just me + Jesus. Backpacking Northern Europe & Scotland. I knew going into this trip, this wasn’t just any old “vacation.” This journey was born from a canceled family trip and a round trip flight I didn’t want to waste. So, after some prayer and rerouting, this trip was freshly intended to be a set apart time to seek the Lord. This pilgrimage has been followed by delving into daily adventure, tackling the fears that can come with traveling as a female solo traveler (my first experience ever!), taking off work for the first time since last January (not a flex), & the longest stretch of time I have ever been apart from my husband (also not a flex😭).
In many ways, being 3 weeks into this journey, this trip has blown me away. It has been seamless. Not because I haven’t had the lack of changing itineraries, spending more cash than I’d like, or have had to deal with spotty wifi—it has been seamless because of how I have experienced the Lord provide for me every step of the way. I have been hostel hopping and traveling by bus and train without any data. When I tell you I DONT EVEN KNOW how I got to this island…THE LORD 😂!! Every day, every single day, I have woken up not knowing how I was going to get somewhere—but the Lord has been the best guide, the best travel companion, & the best protector through it all! Who knew a silly little 3.5 week trip flying solo could absolutely transform my dependency & trust in the Lord!
I am still in the thick of my final week in Scotland. Feeling the tension of detoxing from not having to show up online for work (emails I will IGNORE you!) and wanting to deeply lean into time with the Lord. So this update is a bit premature, and I bet by the time you read this it will also be a bit outdated, but I will declare this while we are here: As followers of Christ, we NEED to get away with the Lord. Whether that is daily pulling away to a space in our home or outside of our home where no one else is. We need to set apart days, times, weeks even of our year where we get with Jesus, we pray, fast, and seek His face. If you get vacation time, use part of it to get away with the Lord. If you don’t get PTO like me, sacrifice the pay check so that you can get away with the Lord. If you are in the bustle of your studies, raising littles, or physically can’t get alone with the Lord, begin to lean into practicing the presence in your inner world. Build out the discipline and longing of the secret place, and do everything you can to get there. Because this life is like a vapor, and before you know it we will be standing before King Jesus and He is going to say welcome into His loving arms or away from me I never knew you, I deeply deeply want to know Him. And I want you to know Him too.
with haste, Cosette
